Online Transactions
For both your and our protection, we may check your information against publicly available records. We may require additional ID such as a driver’s licence, rates notice or bank statement before your order is dispatched.
Listing errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price, Hi Fi Clearance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even in the event that your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hi Fi Clearance will issue an appropriate refund.
Collection in person
You are welcome to collect your purchase in person but please note that this option is not available on purchases paid for with PayPal. These must be delivered to a PayPal verified address as per PayPal’s terms and conditions.

Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Website.
Integration
This agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Hi Fi Clearance and supercedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between both parties. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both you and an authorised signatory including the Directors of Hi Fi Clearance.
